DJ Shimza's One Man Show (OH.MY.SHIMZA)

DJ Shimza's Annual One Man Show is back with great vigour this 25 December 2014. This showcase of musical talent is returning to the people of Tembisa, not excluding the rest of Gauteng to what is always the most memorable and gigantic concert. DJ Shimza, real name Ashley Raphala is the pioneer of this musical spectacle, roping his incredible musician friends and colleagues to perform for thousands of fans at Mehlareng Stadium in Tembisa every Christmas day. OMS is on its 6th anniversary and has been well received over the years. The show has featured musical giants such as Big Nuz, Donald, MiCasa, Zahara and many other great names. This year is no different with a more heavier and interesting line-up featuring the likes of Hip hop superstars AKA, Cassper Nyovest, K.O, Kid X, OkMalumKoolKat, Riky Rick, Mpumi, Zano, MiCasa, Bucie, Kwaito legend Thebe, and Shimza's stable mate Tumelo amongst many others. Ricardo "Priddy Ugly" Moloi Born in Luanda, Angola on 2 April but bred in Meadowlands, Soweto and later in Kempton Park (South Africa) by a South African father and an Angolan mother, Richardo Moloi, better known as Priddy Ugly is the epitome of hip hop artistry. Priddy Ugly has quite a number of accomplishments under his belt, including those beyond the music industry. It all started at the age of 13 when he joined the Moroko Swallows Academy. At 14, he took up dancing and won best male dancer at the St. Peters National Dance Tournament. Soon after that, at 15, he joined Freeze Frame, a hip hop dance crew and won Strictly Hip Hop, became the Respect Krump Kings winner and was the Krump Fest winner all in one year. If that wasn't enough, at 16 and 17, he made the SA National Athletics team, specialising in 100m, 200m and long jump events. Quite an impressive list, isn't it?
