East Rand Rapper Priddy Ugly Signs With Ambitiouz Entertainment



East Rand wordsmith, Piddy Ugly, recently signed a deal with Ambitiouz Entertainment. The rapper was unveiled by the lable on the 7th of April - surprising all the masses. He will be joining his close affiliate, KLY, who also got snatched by the lable soon after the departure of Fifi Cooper and the now-named 'The Wrecking Crew' (A-Reece, B3nchMarQ and Flame). Kgosi Mahumapelo surely redeemed himself with this move.

The record deal is well deserved since the East Rand Prince has been releasing solid tracks and a well received mixtape, You Don't Know Me Yet, which scored him a SAHHA nomination for the best mixtape. His deal with Ambitiouz Entertainment questions the integrity of his raps though, judging from his lyrics from one of his smash hits, Tlala, he emphasised the fact that he is not keen on signing a record deal anytime soon. Then all of a sudden he is part of the Ambitiouz camp. However, this deal will enable to do things that he couldn't as an indie artist, so we can't be too harsh. 

Some of his fans had mixed reactions with his deal while others poured blessings and well-wishes. Priddy was quick to reassure his fans that he won't let them down and will continue unleashing the best out of himself.
